Quick Expense Manager is a absolutely free Expense Manager Android application with outstanding look and feel. The application helps user to manage their expenses in a very intuitive way. The application comes with lots of features like bill reminder, budget handler, task scheduler and many more apart from the basic facility of adding your expense and income. 1) Calendar Summary along with Last ten records and Category chart
The application gives you all your expense and income summary for any month in your finger tip. Open the application and pop comes your expense summary. No need to click on any where to get a quick summary of your expenses. It also displays the the expense/income details for the current date.
You can also quickly check what are the last ten expense/income you had.
You can also view the the expense percentages for your categories in a pie-chart which gives you an over all idea about in which category you are spending more and in which you are spending less.
2) Adding an Expense
Just click on the RED button in the Home screen and land on the Add Expense page.
The application lets you add your expense in the most intuitive way possible. It also helps you with a calculator in case you had multiple expenses for the same category. Click on the small icon to the right of the Amount entry field and utilize the calculator.
It also helps you with the floating Transfer button and Add Income button to quickly avail the respective functions as shown below.
3) Accounts and Cards
You can add your accounts and cards and get detail report for each of your accounts in daily, monthly, yearly or item wise.
If you have closed an account or if your card has expired, you can simply deactivate them in the application so that it will no longer appear in the list when you chose a payment type while adding an expense or an income. The deactivated account can also be reactivated at any time you want.
4) Adding Budgets
You can add daily, weekly, monthly and annual budgets for your expense categories. Adding budgets to your expenses greatly helps to keep your expenses on check. The budgets are archived and you can compare your previous and current expenses for the expense categories.
5) Bill reminder
Do you forget to pay your bills ? Do not worry about your bills from now. The application lets you add all your bills and the bill dates will be identified by the alarm symbol in summary calendar.
The application will also send notification regarding your bills even if you do not open the application.
6) Schedule a task
This expense manager helps you to schedule your re-occurring expenses and incomes so that you do not have to add them manually each time.
Just schedule your expense and income and it will be automatically added.
Get detailed reports of all your expenses and incomes. From the reports you would get to know how many expenses you made for a particular day, moth or year etc.
You would also get category wise and item wise reports. For each expense or income you added, the reports will show the payment method used, the date, the time and the description.
You can also see expenses, income or all reports for a particular payment method.
You have the option to store the report in your device, send via email or upload them to Google drive.
Tired of searching for your category in the long expense category list ? Favorite category feature is there to your rescue. You can set the expense categories that you commonly use as the Favorite category.
This helps you to limit your search space while adding an expense. You can also separately view reports for your Favorite categories.
9) Password protect your financial details
Insecure about exposing your financial details ? The application helps you to password protect all your information.
You can set password in the application and nobody else would be able to view your financial details. You have the password recovery, in case you forget your password.
10) Database backup
Insecure about data loss ? The application takes backup of your database each day and stores it in your device. The application only keeps 7 latest database backups.
Old backups are automatically deleted. However you can turn this feature off and you can also manually take backup whenever you want.
